FAQ’s about our products and ordering

We have processed hundreds of orders and not had one return. You are getting a custom hand built product that is made in America. We are the manufacturer; we keep an inventory so they are ready to ship when you order.

You may be thinking, “I am new to airsoft, where do I start?” If you are a real steel competitor, please call us. We will tell you what has worked for us. We don’t mind sharing which targets, pistols, and accessories you may want to get as you begin this new training. Its less than you may think.

Most orders will ship will the next business day and depending on when payment was received. The exceptions would be when we are traveling for a pistol match. Expect delays during USPSA’s Area 1 Championships, Nor-Cal Section State Championships, The Steel Challenge and the 2010 Nationals and Area 2 Championships.

Shipping is made with USPS. A majority of the items we ship will go in a flat rate USPS box which takes 3-5 days transit. Larger orders will be shipped ground which takes 7-10 transit. If you have other shipping options you would like us to use, please contact us.

Warnings and Safety

Always wear eye protection and other necessary protective equipment when shooting airsoft.
It is your responsibility to understand and practice airsoft safety.
Airsoft and target shooting can be dangerous. User assumes all risk and liability. BAM Airsoft assumes no responsibility for the use of its recomendations or use/misuse of its products.
Keep safe distance from targets and position them in a manner that reduces ricochet.
Falling targets can damage property – protect those items.
BB’s can injure people and cause damage to walls, windows or other property.
Know what is behind your target, do not point, display in public or shoot airsoft at people, animals, property or anything else that may be illegal or a serious public safety concern.
Use common sense – if you don’t have any, don’t do it.
